DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Pride Center for Wellness Wednesdays\, an evening of mindful meditations\, positive affirmations\, and LGBTQ-centered self awareness & enlightenment practices. This event usually takes place every first Wednesday of the month from 6 to 8 pm and is open to everybody ages 18 and up. This month it is on the 2nd wednesday due to the Super Bowl. No registration required – just show on up for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation! \n\n\n\nDifferent holistic wellness practices will be explored each week – have some you’d like to share with the group?
